4991 Belakovskiite, Blue Lizard Mine, Utah

So far, seventeen minerals new to science have been described from this mine. This is another one of them.

Belakovskiite as tiny pale silky fibres (mainly in the bottom left of the photo), with a highly fluorescent yellow mineral (see second photo), likely either zippeite or natrozippeite, from the Blue Lizard Mine, Red Canyon, White Canyon District, San Juan Co., Utah, USA. Belakovskiite is also fluorescent.
